Mr. Neff has over 12 years experience working with healthcare entities in revenue cycle management. Jeff is responsible for directing and performing detailed work associated with development of common chargemasters (CDMs) for hospital systems, CDM coding analyses, and billing documentation examinations. Mr. Neff has extensive experience conducting compliance reviews when required by FI or Federal agencies, as well as development of efficient hospital revenue cycle infrastructures.

Prior to Blue & Co., Mr. Neff was with Indiana University Hospital, Respiratory Care, for seven years, focusing in critical care and department management. He also spent four years in the U.S. Air Force specializing in Radiology Technology. Jeff earned an AS degree in Respiratory Care and BS Degree in Accounting from Indiana University, Purdue University, Indianapolis.
